Members of the Schubert Research Group enjoy hiking,
running, cycling, ice skating, hockey, basketball, tennis, archery, rock
climbing, fishing, and playing the piano. While the winters give the
skiers in the group that perfect Rocky Mountain powder, the summers
give the storm chasers in the group those classic High Plains
supercells. Throw in gardening, photography, and collecting spores,
mold, and fungus, and we've got it all covered! On occassion, the group
goes out for an informal lunch somewhere in town to ponder the origins
of the universe, the perfect atmospheric model, or just the menu.
